Presenter Guidelines
Guidelines for presenter
- Each presenter will be given a time slot of 7 minutes.
- Presentations must be prepared and exposed in English. Presenters should sufficiently fluent in English to run presentations and discussions.
- As the schedule of presentation sessions is tight, it is of utmost important that all presenters are ready and on time for their presentations.
- The moderator of the parallel session will invite each presenter, introduce them briefly, lead the session, and moderate the Q&A session.
- The Q&A session will be done after each 3 presentations.
- The conference organizers do not provide templates for the presentations. The presenter is free to use their templates and is entirely responsible for the presentations content.
- The presenter may not use their laptops for the presentation.
Submit your presentation files
- The presentation files must be sent to the drive provided by the committee by 28 November 2024, 02:00 AM (GMT +7).
- The presentation files should be in PowerPoint format with the presenter’s full name, and make sure the slides complies with the widescreen format (16:9)
Example: PresenterName_YourTitle.ppt
- Videos must be embedded in PowerPoint.
Do not use links to YouTube or other web services in your presentations.
